SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Click & Collect is available from our Byron warehouse.
We ship Australia-wide and subsidise all shipping rates charged by specialist courier and removalist partners.
Smaller / single-item orders: Bedheads, side tables, bar carts and similar items are dispatched by courier twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Fridays. Select your correct delivery zone at checkout. Tracking is provided once collected so you can follow your delivery in real time. Couriers cannot guarantee delivery dates or times in advance.
Larger / oversized orders: Daybeds, sofas, hanging chairs and larger multi-piece orders may be sent with specialist removalists where more cost-effective. Removalists travel north/south weekly and will contact you directly with an estimated delivery day.
Authority to Leave (ATL): All deliveries are sent ATL. If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe, accessible place. Re-delivery fees may apply if access is locked or unavailable. Add any delivery instructions to your order or contact narelle@spirit-trader.com.
Shipping rates: Rates are calculated by independent freight companies based on order size, weight and delivery postcode. Use the shipping estimator at Add to Cart button for indicative single-item rates. Your order rate is calculated at checkout, or contact narelle@spirit-trader.com for an individual estimate.
