Shipping policy

FURNITURE / Oversized Shipping:

Free Click Collect from our Byron warehouse.  For now, we subside all external shipping rates charged by external courier or removalist companies.

Courier deliveries are shipped twice weekly Tuesdays and Fridays.  Removalist Company deliveries, bigger, heavier items, go once weekly based on their, their schedules.

Shipping cost are charged by third party courier or removalist companies and based on each individual order volumetric size, weight and delivery postcode.  We do our best to share simple, automated rates at checkout. Courier Shipping:  Bedheads, single items or smaller size orders are shipped by courier companies.  Delivery rates are included at Check Out for major regional & metropolitan deliveries.  Removalist Company Shipping is used bigger or heaviest orders, normally charged for each cubic m3 used.

Remote regional rates may need a custom quote provided and will be shared for pre-approval before dispatch.

When ordering multiple or bigger pieces, shipping rates are cheapest through removalist deliveries rather than couriers, if your shipping seems high just contact us to double check: narelle@spirit-trader.com.au.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE  DELIVERY:

All deliveries are Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning goods will be left in a safe place if no-one is home. or additional re-delivery charges may apply, as charged directly by the shipping companies.  Please share any specialist delivery instructions to us.  We regret that often courier deliveries will not call in advance to arrange delivery timings.

Prior to placing your order, please consider where the items will be placed for any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. We don’t take returns on furniture pieces due to inadequate access.

TIMINGS:

Orders are dispatched Tuesdays, Fridays and in line with removalist company timings. If you need a more immediate or specific timing arranged, just email us to arrange.
